The Three Counties each lend their name to famous and quality foods. Herefordshire is world famous for its Herefordshire cattle producing top quality beef; Gloucester for its tasty Double Gloucester cheese which inspires the bizarre annual cheese rolling contest at Cooper's Hill and Worcestershire for its versatile and tasty Lea & Perrins Worcester Sauce.

   Naturally the Malvern Hills is famous for its spring water; a favourite of Queens Elizabeth II and Victoria.

   As well as being known as the land of milk and honey, Herefordshire is the 'County of Orchards' with more orchards than any other county in the UK. Within a short drive of Ledbury you'll find orchards of apples and pears producing juices, cider and perry as well as soft fruit farms, vineyards and hopyards and fields of wheat and grazing cattle and sheep.

   Herefordshire is a slow food county, bringing you food quality from locally sourced meat, fruit and vegetables, cooked and served with experience and expertise.

   There are Farmers' Markets throughout the Three Counties and you'll often see fresh local produce for sale at the road side.
